One of the most significant health-benefits-of-water is that it is absolutely essential to sustain life. Water has the important ability to dissolve many other substances and its versatility as a solvent is essential to living organisms. Living organisms depend on aqueous solutions, such as blood and digestive juices, for biological processes.
In many parts of the world many people are dehydrated because the availability of water is very limited. People in Canada and the United States are very blessed with a plentiful supply of fresh water. Yet many, some say 75%, are chronically dehydrated. This is very sad because drinking water can make a real difference in your health.
The following are twelve health-benefits-of-water:
sustains and is essential for life. Our body is two-thirds water. Every cell
and organ in our body requires water to function properly.
helps prevents cancer including breast, bladder and colon cancer. Researchers
have found that people who drink as little as five glasses of water per day may
cut the risk of colon cancer in half.

helps keep our blood thin (low viscosity). Thick blood (high viscosity) is a
risk factor for type 2 diabetes and can cause cardiovascular disease. It is
also related to cognitive decline.

maintain a healthy complexion drink the recommended eight to twelve glasses of
water per day.
performs to help detox the body through perspiration and digestive and urinary

other hand, We can be real couch potatos with virtually no activity. Even then
the natural activity of our bodies causes the loss of about one and half quarts
of water daily.

by spreading it out over the entire day and flavoring with fresh fruit. I favor

We should also make an effort to support organizations
that help provide fresh water to the people in areas of the world where water
is scarce. The Lord would want us to help them to enjoy the
